The sun is out and the temperature is beginning to rise. That means it is time to put on your swimsuit, grab a towel, and head to “One of America’s Top Beach Towns,” Carmel-By-The-Sea. There you will find the beautiful Carmel Beach. Feel the white sand between your toes and the heat of the sun on your skin. Aside from just laying on your towel and sun tan, there are so many other fun activities that you can partake in. You can take a nice scenic stroll along the Scenic Bluff Path, surf, play volleyball, or play fetch with your four-legged friend as it is a dog friendly beach.
The Scenic Bluff Path is just above Carmel Beach and leads to the Carmel River Beach. It provides beautiful views of famous Point Lobos and Pebble Beach as you take a stroll through Monterey cypress trees and well-kept gardens.
Enjoy the sport of volleyball? Carmel Beach is the perfect venue to show off your volleyball skills or just have fun bumping, setting, and spiking the ball. No matter the weekend, the likelihood of there being organized games on the weekend is high.
If you are a surfer, Carmel Beach is where you want to be. The water is beautiful and is a popular surf spot for locals. Just remember proper surf etiquette and be safe as there is not an on-site lifeguard.
Grab your towels because it is time to head over to Carmel Beach down by the bay.
